Note: This algorithm assumes that a grade of 1 is worth 60%, a 2 is worth 70.5% (the average of 60% and 81%, anything between the grade of 1 and 2.5), a 2.5 is worth 81%, 3 is 89%, 3.5 is 100%, and 4 is worth 100%.
